Ethiopian government websites have been hacked by a group of hackers calling themselves the Horus Group or the “Cyber Horus Group”, in response to the Ethiopian intransigence towards the “Renaissance Dam”.
The group published a message on its Facebook account, which read: “May the curse of the Pharaohs be upon all who want Egypt badly.”
A message was also broadcast on the penetrated Ethiopian sites, represented in a phrase inscribed on the walls of the Temple of Horus, the sun god of the ancient Egyptians, which reads: “If the river level drops, let all the Pharaoh’s soldiers hurry and return only after the liberation of the Nile, which restricts its flowing … May God protect Egypt, its people and its army “.
