
The Ethiopian government says 338 people have been killed in an attack in Tole Kebele, Gimbi Woreda, West Welega Zone of Oromia region. This is the first time the government has provided information on the number of people killed in the June 11, 2014 attacks. Press Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office, Bilene Seyoum, today spoke on current affairs.
“Peace and stability are the government’s top priorities,” the Prime Minister’s Press Secretary told reporters today.
The government expressed its sorrow over the recent killing of the OLF terrorist group in Welega, Oromia region.
The Prime Minister’s Press Secretary, Bilene Seyoum, said the damage was being investigated by the Federal Police.
